Inside Sales - Base Plus Commission

Regional voice and data company located in Cleburne, TX is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for aggressive expansion in 2010.

The Company:

The Opportunity:

• You will be calling on businesses in need of high speed Internet and business class phone service
• Starting base salary of $20,800 ($10 per hour) plus generous commission and bonus plan that pays as much as 200% of sales!
• Realistic first year earning potential to $44,000 - $55,000 (base plus commission and bonuses). Top producers can earn even more!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Telecommunications experience a plus but not required. Minimum of one year of successful inside sales experience a must.
• College degree preferred. If you don't have one, you'd better be outstanding.
• Motivated, aggressive, fearless cold caller.
• Coachable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed along with self confidence and a winning attitude.
• Persistent with a history of setting and achieving goals as well as consistently hitting assigned sales targets.
• Comfortable talking to people.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Absolutely hates to lose at anything.
