Outside Sales - Base Plus Commission
Regional voice and data company located in Cleburne, TX is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for aggressive expansion in 2010.

The Opportunity:
- You will be calling on businesses in need of high speed Internet and business class phone service
- Starting base salary of $25,000 - $36,000 range depending on experience, plus generous commission and bonus plan that pays as much as 200% of sales!
- Realistic first year earning potential to $55,000 - $75,000 (base plus commission and bonuses).

The Ideal Candidate:
- Telecommunications experience a plus but not required. Minimum of one year of successful outside sales experience a must.
- College degree preferred. If you don't have one, you'd better be outstanding.
- Motivated, self-starter capablie of getting the job done with little or not direct supervision, yet coachable and willing to work as part of a team.
- Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed along with self confidence and a winning attitude.
- Persistent with a history of setting and achieving goals as well as consistently hitting assigned sales targets.
- Comfortable talking to people.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Absolutely hates to lose at anything.
